We are looking for a motivated insurance sales agent. Must have property and casualty and health and life insurance licenses or be willing to obtain them. We cannot hire you without at least having a property and casualty license; if you don't have a property and casualty license, we can start the interview process and get you started with the pre-exam course work. If you have property and casualty licenses, but not health and life, you must be willing to obtain them and have obtained them within six months of hire to maintain the position.
The applicant will be primarily working with phone leads through various lead generation sources. The applicant therefore needs to be comfortable talking on the phone and have exception customer service skills.
Position offers small base salary plus commissions and bonus opportunities. No experience is needed. You will be required to work from the office and will largely be in the office initially. Opportunities down the road for remote work and participating in community and networking events and opportunities. A background check will be required.
