Insurance CSR / Sales position (Thornton)
compensation: Starting $17 per hour or dependent on experience

We are a small well established independent agency looking for the right person to add to our staff. We need a team player that is willing to learn and adapt to our agency model.
We are looking for a customer-oriented service and/or sales representative. Licensed or un-licensed representative. Must be willing to get licensed. We will train the right person. Customer Service Reps need to be able to understand customer questions / concerns and be able to advocate for customers when necessary. Problem-solving skills are a must. The goal is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. Representative will be responsible for servicing existing customers, cross-selling, and quoting/selling new business.
