Duties / Responsibilities
Implement our Proprietary Flipside Marketing across target-specific neighborhoods by talking directly with homeowners, face-to-face.
Prospect and contact homeowners who meet our target market.
Set appointments for prospective customers to meet with a Senior Level Sales Representative.

Compensation - Junior Sales Partners earn between $700 and $1,500+ per week with flexible hours (20 hrs/week). This is a position is strictly based off performance. Individuals that excel at the Junior Sales role may be offered a position as a Senior Sales Partner. As a Junior Sales Partner, you will make your own hours and have a compensation package based on a mixture of bonuses and uncapped commissions. Overall, it is a great opportunity for rapid growth (3-5 months) in responsibility and income. Senior Sales Partners' income averages $150K. Lowest end has been $80K while exceptional performers earn $225K plus. A car is necessary for local travel for both positions.
