Job Summary: As an Lead Generator/ Canvasser, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and promoting our company’s insulation products and services to homeowners within designated neighborhoods. You will engage with potential customers through door-to-door canvassing, initiate conversations about energy efficiency and insulation solutions, and schedule appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Canvassing Activities: Conduct door-to-door visits in residential neighborhoods to introduce homeowners to our insulation products and services.
Lead Generation: Engage homeowners in discussions about energy efficiency, insulation benefits, and potential cost savings.
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for our sales representatives based on homeowner interest and availability.
Information Gathering: Collect homeowner information and document leads accurately using designated tools or systems.
Educational Outreach: Provide information and educational materials about our insulation products and services.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships with potential customers, follow up on inquiries, and address any questions or concerns.
Compliance: Adhere to all local laws and regulations governing canvassing and door-to-door sales activities.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage homeowners in meaningful conversations and build rapport.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating leads.
Basic knowledge of home insulation and energy efficiency concepts (preferred).
Previous experience in canvassing, sales, or customer service roles is beneficial.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing, or related fields is ideal but not necessary.
Working Conditions:
Outdoor work environment, exposed to various weather conditions.
Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends to maximize homeowner engagement.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
May require carrying promotional materials or samples.
Salary and Benefits:
$25/ Hour + commissions on each appointment set + additional commissions on each sale
