YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE A LICENSED REAL ESTATE AGENT!
The builders onsite salesperson requests coverage for their day off, vacation, sick day, etc.
We post the assignment for our employees to pick up or leave alone if you don't want to work
We work around your schedule so whether you want to make a few bucks or get hired full-time, it's your choice
This is a temp position that could turn into full-time
Once hired buy a new home builder, you could make $80k to $300k per year
We have had hundreds of our employees get hired by new home builders

You choose where you want to work
Essential Functions & Basic Duties:
Providing exceptional customer service to the sales team and potential buyers
Greeting potential buyers and obtaining basic information for the sales team
Handing out community brochures and pricing information
Answering questions about the community/builder
Touring prospects through the model homes
Education, Qualifications, Designations and Required Skills/Experience:
Professional attitude, dress and demeanor
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Desire to excel in a team oriented environment
Physical requirements include standing for long periods of time
Ability to take potential buyers to homes throughout the community
Reliable transportation
Computer and internet access required
Smart phones preferred
