What You’ll Be Doing
● Knocking doors in targeted neighborhoods across Highlands Ranch, Parker, Castle Rock, Lone Tree, and Centennial.
● Talking with homeowners about exterior painting needs.
● Generating qualified estimates and booking appointments for our sales team.
● Following a simple, repeatable pitch — trained by top industry coaches.
● Working set weekly hours (flexible schedule options available).
This role is commission-based with extremely competitive payouts. Motivated reps routinely hit $1,000–$2,500 per week depending on activity and skill.
