Mile High Coatings is seeking a sales/estimator who has AT LEAST 1 year of qualified in-home / residential sales and estimating experience. An example is doing roofing, siding, flooring, painting, windows, or blinds estimates/quotations where you meet with the homeowners in person.
Commercial/blueprint estimating does NOT count.
COMMISSION & PERFORMANCE BONUSES
Specifically, our company does residential floor coatings (garages, basements, patios) and also commercial and industrial floors.
We are NOT a high-pressure sales company. We believe in showing that we are trustworthy and do excellent work and that is shown through our professionalism, history and repeat business.
Candidate Requirements (not limited to):
-In-person, home services sales experience
-MUST HAVE valid driver license with good driving record (no DUIs, multiple at-fault accidents, etc)
-Must present him/herself professionally
-Minimum high school diploma (college preferred)
-Must pass a background check
-Willing to occasionally canvass, attend business networking events
-Familiar with iPads and basic technology (Microsoft Office)
-Able to be flexible with schedule (occasional evening and/or weekend appts to accommodate homeowner schedules)
