Independent Sales Professionals Wanted For In Home Sales Of Bathroom Remodeling
With Fast Growing Local Business! We are not a chain. We are a small local business that operates like a close knit team. You’re not just a number here and there are growth opportunities. We are redoing our marketing and there will be leads to call on, appointments to schedule and homes to go help homeowners design the bathroom of thier dreams. Do you love walking around floor and decor? Do you love hgtv? Can you get excited about giving someone their dream bathroom oasis to rejuvenate or recover from a long day? No cap, must have a reliable vehicle, and an ipad or preferably a laptop. you may do some lead setting and phone answering to qualify leads. You may do some call backs of old leads to see if they are ready to finally schedule a remodel. You will fill out spreadsheets and take measurements and show a sales presentation. Then calculate a price and collect half down on our payment system. You may even need to meet them at a store to help line out tile and colors. Pictures of tile and bathroom designs or other designs you have been part of and designed or sold helpful / will set you apart. Please have designed a bathroom or laid some tile before and have sold a homeowner on some sort of home improvement or upgrade.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding and selecting bath, kitchen or home remodeling products that meet their needs
- Conduct product or materials demonstrations and explain features and benefits to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system / app or collect checks and deliver to home office.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales deck, sales kit and paperwork. You will bring pictures and samples of colors and tiles to make an incredible bathroom or kitchen.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets on a regular basis
Skills:
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
- Knowledge of retail math and the ability to calculate discounts, percentages, and sales totals
- Technical sales experience, particularly in bathroom remodeling, kitchen remodeling, any experience in insurance claim sales, any experience in bidding on commercial or government remodel jobs as sub is also highly desirable - Are you tired of running your own one person show as a remodeler, come talk to us. - Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with customers and team members
- Ability to measure effectively and explain features or remember a sales process that works, in a clear and concise manner.
- Our service is such that you might even meet the cusotmer at floor and decor to help pick out tile to close the sale, doing outbound calls to drum up sales from old leads and make even more money or you may find yourself calling back customers.
