Position Overview:

As a Sales Associate specializing in Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for selling our PDR services through door-to-door sales initiatives as well as other avenues. The ideal candidate is energetic, results-driven, and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales: Engage with potential customers at their homes, business, or even in parking lots, and sell our PDR Repair services.

Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our PDR services, including benefits, features, and competitive advantages, to effectively communicate with potential customers (training provided on this).

Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with our services.

Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new customer opportunities by actively prospecting and generating leads within the target market.

Collaboration: Work with the sales manager, other sales members, and office to ensure we create a great experience with our customers.

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience of some sort.

Experience in door-to-door sales or a similar field is preferred but not required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Results-driven and self-motivated.

We provide training both in the office but especially out selling alongside you in the field. You will manage your own schedule but to succeed expect to work between 45-50 hours a week in the beginning, then when experienced you can dial that back if desired, but you will still be expected to make sales targets. You will be an independent contractor so you will have to be driven to do well, but the pay is exceptionally worth it. You will need to be able to get to neighborhoods all over the Denver metro area, or further out, so you have to have a reliable car.

Only hungry salespeople need apply; I don't want someone comfortable with making only $100K/year. I want just a few more very good, very motivated sales reps on the team.

We are a local hail repair shop that has been in the industry for 7 years, going on 8. We don't chase storms like many other PDR facilities do, we operate year-round. Our technicians that repair the vehicles have at least 20 years experience so you know our work is the very best. We are a shop you can feel confident your customers will get the best repairs possible.
