Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. Your primary focus will be on direct sales, canvassing freshly storm damaged areas. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work independently. Marketing materials and on job training provided.
This is a unique position that provides high income potential for for anyone looking to enter sales or sales professionals who are currently undervalued underpaid and or looking for work life balance.
Our sales team is responsible for canvassing damaged areas after storms. Direct sales with effected vehicle owners. Perform damage evaluations and scheduling. Some on site work required. Reps must have reliable tramsportation and the ability to shuttle customers to and from car rental locations if need be.
Qualifications
Proven experience in direct sales or outside sales roles.
Previous outside sales.
Excellent negotiation abilities and persuasive communication skills.
Avalability to travel during storm season.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets and drive results.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
