Best Candidate
Extrovert - don’t mind talking to a lot of people all day
Can Write a Letter asking for payment or proposing a compromise.
Can calm down an angry customer (who’s mad about a mess in their yard.)
Experienced articulate sales pro who wants to scale down to something 8 to 5 without a quota and probably more boring. (Though it is fast paced and repetitive.)
An office super star with a decade plus of fast paced office experience who can do it all.
Maybe someone who is tired of office politics or whatever - we don’t have a lot of that.
It’s not glamorous or fancy. We’ve tried and failed with people who are over-qualified for it. (That doesn't mean we wouldn't consider you if you're over qualified But you might not choose to consider us.) It can get repetitive. When you deal with the same thing over and over it can really get on your nerves. So it’s probably not for a mover and shaker. It can be a grind. It's not really a hobby type job. And if you had an executive type job in the past with similar pay you probably won’t want to stick with this one. It can be a grind. Friday at 5pm is a real relief. It’s just how it is.
But the person who just moved on was with us for 10 yearsso it doesn't have a lot of turnover.
Total Compensation:
$82,500 to $108,500.
Benefits:
It depends on your needs. Previous people had insurance through spouse. If you need insurance we can negotiate it. Includes paid time off. Probably 2-3 weeks but this is negotiable as well.
Advancement:
This is a job more than a career. There no higher position to move to. But there are some good things that go with that for certain people.
Hiring Process:
Send in resume and email note or cover letter. And informal email is perfectly fine. Exactly what actions did you take all day in your previous job? What did you like about it? What didn't you like about it? The more information, the better! We will select most promising candidates for phone interviews and then in person interviews. If you do not get called…It's only because we guessed that you would not be a good fit for the job. It may well be because you have a different skill set than this requires. It’s rarely a “rejection.”
