Compensation Overview:
Training Wage: $500/week (up to 4 months) - We want to set you up for success!
Car/Phone Allowance: $540/month - We need you to have the tools.
Company Car after you hit $1M in sales. You have to earn it!
Compensation Structure AFTER Training:
Up to $500,000 in sales: 5% commission = $25,000
$500,000–$750,000 in sales: 6% commission = $15,000
$750,000–$1,000,000 in sales: 7% commission = $17,000
Over $1,000,000 in sales: 8% commission = $80,000
Commissions are based on full payments received at a 40%+ margin.
Sorry, there is no base, but you should be getting sales in the first four weeks, and we don't take you off training wage until you are earning MORE than the base in commissions.
EXAMPLE:
Let’s say you sell $1,350,000 in your first year (the goal will be $1.5M). Here’s how your compensation would break down:
First $500,000: 5% commission = $25,000
Next $250,000 (from $500,000 to $750,000): 6% commission = $15,000
Next $250,000 (from $750,000 to $1,000,000): 7% commission = $17,500
Remaining $350,000 (over $1,000,000): 8% commission = $28,000
Total Earnings from Commissions: $85,500
Trust me when I say 1 in 10 homes in our target needs to be painted, and that is just for one of our services. SO much opportunity, and we will teach you how to turn every signed project into THREE! In Highlands Ranch (and about the same in all of our territories), there are 2,700 homes that need to be painted this year. Can you grab 5% of those in your territory? If you could, that would be $750K in sales just as a start. Now, we show you how to turn those sales into 2x or 3x through add-ons, and referrals.
