My Pink Wink Lashes and Brows is a lash extension salon. We also offer lash lift, brow lamination, waxing and sugaring services. We are looking for another licensed esthetician or cosmetologist to add to our team. Evening and weekends tend to be the most requested time slots. However, you can set your own schedule. 20+ hours is needed. Once your schedule is set though, you will need to be available during those time slots every week. You can't change your schedule from week to week because customers need to be able to re-book out 14-30 days in advance and have a guarantee of your time slot. You do not need to come into the salon during your shift unless you have clients or want to be available for walkins and last minute appointments.
Working at My Pink Wink, you will be independent. Generally you will be working in the salon alone so you must already be skilled with lash extensions with at least 2 years of experience and offering Volume. Occasionally there may be 2 technicians at the same time, especially on Saturdays. You will have a key to come and go as needed. All the supplies you need will be provided. However if you want to bring in any of your own special tools, you can store them in the salon.
Commission starts at 50/50 plus tips and 10% commission on product sales. Any month you reach $4,000+ in total revenue, you will earn a $100 bonus.
You can start immediately. Your client base will grow as you gain repeat clients. It's ideal to have another source of income while you are building your client base with us. This is our 2nd year in business and our client base is still growing.
