As a previous educator for Aveda mentoring is something I love, seeing a stylist grow in this chosen field fills the cup. In depth training on the Aveda products includes enjoying full size testers of the newest product yet to be on the shelves. Experiencing products allows you to educate the guest with ease or sharing something new about a favorite product shows the client your commitment.
Salon culture: We happily support each other's needs by helping however is needed without the need for gossip or drama.
Commission scale starts at 15% net, paid after the first $100.00 on all retail sales.
