Latherhouse is seeking passionate and hard working hairstylists! Our ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in hair styling, cutting, coloring, and highlighting. We also have a fast-paced internship training program for an amazing student just coming out of school.
Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to understand their hair needs and desires
Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
Perform a wide range of hair services, including cutting, styling, coloring, and highlighting
Keep up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Educate and promote salon products to clients
Requirements:
A valid cosmetology license
Experience in hair styling, cutting, coloring, and highlighting
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Knowledge of a variety of hair types and textures
Knowledge of hair care products and their benefits

Latherhouse is seeking a talented and organized Salon Coordinator to join our team!
As the Salon Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations at our salon. Your primary duties include managing the appointment schedule, greeting clients, answering phone calls, and performing administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and provide exceptional customer service
Manage the appointment schedule and make sure it is updated regularly
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
Maintain a clean and organized salon environment
Coordinate with stylists and other team members to ensure timely and quality service to clients
Handle administrative tasks, such as managing inventory, ordering supplies, and processing payments
Assist with marketing and promotional activities
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in using computer software, such as Microsoft Office and salon management systems
Knowledge of salon services and products
Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
