Come join our family of healers! Native Zen Massage is looking for a self motivated and reliable massage therapist who is wanting to grow with our team preferably, long term. We are a one of a kind massage boutique with a fun, easy going, and teamwork driven atmosphere. We are fully staffed and only seeking one more therapist who PREFERS and SPECIALIZES in DEEP TISSUE work and can MORNINGS AND WORK WEEKENDS. Commission for this position is higher than average for more intensive work. This is an independent contractor position with teamwork expectations. Please only serious inquiries apply.
We are located at 1990 S Garrison St unit 2 and 3 Lakewood CO, inside Woodlake shopping center.
Shifts available (flexible to change hours)
Monday 2:00 pm - 7:35 pm
Tuesday 2:00 pm - 7:35 pm
Friday 8:30 am - 1:35 pm
Saturday 8:15 am - 1:35 pm
Sunday 8:15 am - 1:35 pm
Hours can be flexible with start and end times.
Evening and weekend hours are required and a must if you want to build your books faster!
You must be able to perform and specialize in deep tissue or willing to learn, be able to self manage schedule, know how to communicate with clients on a professional manor in person, help with shop side work and washing folding your own laundry. We provide sheets, lotion, and the tools provided to work in a functioning atmosphere. You are responsible for your own laundry (washer/dryers on site) and end of shift cleaning tasks that include but are not limited to making sure your room is ready for next shift, refilling your lotion bottle at the end of each shift, wiping down stations and supplies used, refilling and restocking where needed and front lobby/bathroom cleanliness.
Requirements:
-Colorado State Massage License and insurance (License and insurance must be active and sent before interviewing as well as bringing to interview to be considered for hire)
-Reliable means to and from work
-Must be dependable to show up for your scheduled shift
-Leadership and teamwork attitude
Pay: Starts at 40% commission plus tips! With your tips and add on commissions your pay will average between 65% - 85% commission.
