i need a massage therapist! I am searching for a like-minded professional with an existing clientele who would be a great fit at my location! I have a room available with a large window. Each room is approximately 120 sq feet. This is a great location close to Arapahoe and I-25.
I have been in business for over 13 years and at this location for over 5 years. I am hoping to find like-minded professionals who are kind, respectful and peaceful. Prefer a massage therapist so my clients have one location to meet all of their needs.
Monday-Sunday available 7 am-8 pm.
Things to keep in mind-
There is no plumbing in the room, but the kitchen sink is next to the room. I have a current renter who uses a pump sink system in her room who provides facials, body waxing and medical skincare.
There is no elevator, and this is a 2-story office-type space
Requirements:
-good rental history
6-12 month contract
-$350 deposit
-$500 1st month
-$700 2nd month
-$800 for remaining months of 6-12 month contract (an additional option- $75/month for new hydraulic bed is available)
-have your own liability insurance
-drama free environment
-keep a clean space in your room and kitchen area
-keep music level down in your room
The vibe at the studio is private, relaxing and friendly. Must be ok with a kid-free environment, so our clients have a safe place to relax and enjoy themselves.
