Izba Spa is seeking a Receptionist/Spa Assistant for a part-time position in a unique spa. Izba Spa is a one-of-a-kind Spa specializing in Russian Style Banya. We enjoy an excellent clientele and a great work environment. Izba Spa specializes in Russian Style Banya, a specialty steam sauna with high-quality massage, oak leaf brushing, honey, salt, masques, hot tubs, and showers.
Reception duties include answering phones and emails, returning calls and emails, explaining spa treatments, working with clients on spa menu selections, scheduling therapists and clients for spa sessions, providing quality customer service, social media and advertising support, collecting payments, keeping accounts, and selling gift certificates.
Spa assistant duties include helping with spa laundry and general cleaning tasks, opening the spa and prepping for customers, closing the spa and closing out for the day.
Part-time, 4-6 hours per day, Monday – Friday- (some schedule flexibility). Starting pay $19.50
