I have been in business for 13 years and at this location for 5 years. I am hoping to find like-minded professionals who are kind, respectful and peaceful. Prefer a massage therapist, makeup artist, esthetician or cosmetologist (Massages, facials, body waxing, medical skincare etc.) Sunday through Monday available 7 am-8 pm.
Things to keep in mind-
There is no plumbing in the rooms, only in the nearby kitchen.
There is no elevator, and this is a 2-story office-type space
Requirements:
-good rental history
-12 month contract
-$350 deposit
-$800/month for 11 months (an additional $100/month for new hydraulic bed available)
-have your own liability insurance
-drama free environment
-keep a clean space in your room and kitchen area
-keep music level down in your room
The vibe at the studio is private, relaxing and friendly. Must be ok with a kid-free environment, so our clients have a safe place to relax and enjoy themselves.
