About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, providing excellent technical support, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The position will require you to work onsite in the Denver Tech Center during the initial training and ramp-up period (first few weeks). Afterward, you will transition to a hybrid/remote schedule. There is an opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for end-users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or in-person.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues at Tier 1 level.
Log and track support requests in the ticketing system, ensuring timely updates and resolutions.
Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/3 support when necessary.
Assist with new user onboarding, including account setup, hardware preparation, and software installation.
Maintain a professional and customer-first attitude in all interactions.
Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and best practices for future reference.
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for initial onsite work).
1+ year of experience in a help desk, technical support, or IT support role (or equivalent education/certifications).
Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS environments, Microsoft 365, and common office applications.
Basic understanding of networking (IP addresses, DNS, Wi-Fi troubleshooting).
Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Clean Background / MVR.
Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900)
