We are currently looking for a reliable and motivated IT Technician to join our team. This position focuses on refurbishing desktop computers and laptops for reuse and resale.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop and laptop hardware
Identify and resolve issues related to:
RAM
Hard drives / SSDs
Batteries
Refurbish systems to working condition
Perform basic hardware replacements and testing
Follow structured processes in a controlled environment
REQUIRED SKILLS
Basic to intermediate understanding of computer hardware
Ability to diagnose problems and think logically
Familiarity with desktops and laptops (Windows preferred)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and procedures
TESTING PROCESS
All interviewed applicants will complete an IN-PERSON, CONTROLLED SKILLS TEST.
This test is required to verify real-world troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
Applicant must pass the test before hire.
EDUCATION
No degree required.
IT-related education or certifications are a plus, but not required.
TRAINING
We are willing to train the right candidate.
Applicant must demonstrate basic technical knowledge and problem-solving ability.
PAY
Starting pay: $17/hour
After 90-day probation: $19/hour
