Looking for hard working candidate with make-ready experience and knowledge in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, drywall repair, painting and some pest control. Must have reliable transportation and be willing to work with seniors and transient population. General handyman, good organizational and people skills highly desirable.
