We are actively seeking Apartment Maintenance Technicians to join our team and support our clients in maintaining high-quality residential communities. These positions are critical in ensuring the timely and efficient turnover of apartment units, addressing resident work orders, and executing repairs and renovations.
Rate of Pay: $26–$28 DOE
Shift: Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm
Requirements: Must pass a background check in accordance with family housing standards
Duties include:
Perform full unit turns: Carpentry, drywall patching, painting, plumbing, appliance installs, and non-licensed electrical work
Prepare move-in inspection reports with new and vacating residents
Track key/lock system and change locks as needed
Install and troubleshoot appliances such as dishwashers, ranges, and refrigerators
Provide courtesy services for tenants, including package delivery and routine/preventative maintenance for pool/spa areas
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in apartment maintenance, unit turns, and work orders, with skills in plumbing, light electrical, and appliance troubleshooting
Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
Ability to manage a physical workload while effectively prioritizing and multi-tasking
Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines and completing quality work
Possess basic hand tools to perform daily tasks
Reliable transportation for travel to and from job sites
