Tree Pros, Inc is a full-service tree care company located in Denver, Colorado. We service residential and commercial customers. We are currently accepting applications for arborists, climbers, ground personnel, and certified applicators. The level of experience doesn't matter as much as a strong work ethic, honesty, and a passion for excellence.
Arborists, experienced climbers: We are looking for someone to join our team. We are a small tight-knit company that takes pride in our level of quality, work ethic, and life ethic. The perfect candidate will be proficient in tree work, climbing, rigging, tree id, basic tree biology, proper cuts, target pruning, cabling, planting, etc. Team players only, we are a team, everybody pitches in and does whats necessary to get the job done and to make sure everyone makes it home safely.
We enjoy time off, we recently returned from our annual company trip to Grand Lake, one full week off paid, lodging paid, every employee received a bonus. Will provide guidance for anyone looking to become ISA certified, or TCIA accreditation. Owner is a Board Certified Master Arborist, Colorado Department of Ag qualifed supervisor, member of American Society of Consulting Arborists, TPAC & TRAQ certified and is happy to help anyone obtain the next level of this amazing profession.
Weekly Pay
You are paid for an 8-hour day, even if you only work 6. As long as your daily quota is met, you get paid for a full day. This unique pay system gives our employees incentive to work at a quicker pace, and the result is shorter workdays. An average week at Tree Pros is about 35 hours, but you get paid for 40. Even in the winter when we only work about 30 hours per 5-day week, you get paid for 40 hours. Our employees are happier and have more time outside of work because of this unique pay program. Saturday work is voluntary. New hires are eligible after the first 90 days.
