Job Summary:
As an Auto Glass Installer, you will be responsible for the installation and repair of windshields and other automotive glass components on a wide range of vehicles. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Remove damaged glass and prepare vehicles for glass replacement
Install windshields, side windows, rear windows, and other glass components
Ensure proper fit and seal using adhesives and tools in compliance with safety standards
Communicate with customers and explain installation or repair processes
Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in clean and safe condition
Adhere to all company, industry, and safety standards
Qualifications:
Prior experience in auto glass installation
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various weather conditions
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
High attention to detail and focus on quality work
Certification in Auto Glass Safety Council (AGSC) standards is a plus
