Auto Town LLC is a trusted and growing used car dealership located in Denver, CO. We pride ourselves on offering quality vehicles and outstanding service to our customers. We’re expanding our operations and are now hiring a Master Mechanic to lead our internal and retail service work in our on-site shop.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Master Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles — both from our own inventory and customer vehicles. This is a key position in our service department and offers room for growth as we continue to scale.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on a wide range of vehicles
Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections
Prepare internal vehicles for sale, ensuring all units are in top condition
Handle customer vehicle repairs and communicate service needs clearly
Maintain accurate records of work performed
Collaborate with service writers and dealership management
Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe
Requirements:
ASE Certified Master Mechanic (preferred)
Minimum 5 years of hands-on automotive repair experience
Proficiency in diagnostics, engine work, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, etc.
Strong understanding of domestic, European, and Asian makes and models
Own tools and reliable transportation
Valid driver’s license
Ability to work independently, with a team, and efficiently
