Well established basement finishing company is bidding out all phases of project. qualified trades with insurance, worker mans comp if required and license if required.
We pull permits on all projects so master or able to pull permit is required. We also get audited from our insurance company every year proper insurance is mandatory. We are a high volume company and prices must reflect that. 60-100 projects a year depending on economic conditions. Some of my current trades I'm pleased with we are getting busy and looking for 2nds or 3rds.
