Goldsmith Painting LLC. is looking for bathtub and countertop independent contractors to service our multi family contracts.
We pay 60% - 75% of the job to the contractor pay is based on quality of work and dependability.
We have year-round indoor work servicing the mulit family industry
No work on weekends! (we believe personal time is important)
average weekly pay $1500-$3000
IC must have the following:
General liability insurance
Reliable vehicle with commercial insurance
Be able to work Monday through Friday 9-5 (the times property offices are open)
The ability to operate as an Independent Contractor (Insurance, trade name and checking account)
must have own set of tools and supplies to correctly complete the work
work available to start this week!
I am also looking for interior/exterior painters for apartments and house painting
Construction services - house remodels flips, general construction for small to mid size jobs
