I need an experienced bike mechanic to assist me with bike repairs at Alpenglow Bike and Ski. This is a summer only offering June to October 1st. You will have at least one-year experience working in a bicycle shop. More years is better!
Skills desired: bike builds, brake bleeds, indexing gears, replacing spokes. Don't worry about e-bike work as I don't have a power stand to get involved with that. I'm better at the business side of things you are an experienced bike tech who may be looking for a little extra money around a full-time bike job or you simply may be someone getting your hands on bikes again.
I need somebody that lives/works within 5 miles of 38th ave and Federal Blvd to make for on-call quick trips. For example, I may reach out to you on a Wednesday at 3pm telling you about 3 bikes, I would expect you to be able to show up on Thursday sometime between 6am and 3pm. I will usually be able to give you 24 hours notice for bike tasks that I'm not efficient in.

Compensation: $21/hour when you are putting your hands on bikes. Guaranteed lesser comp during slow weeks. Its negotiable.
