Position Overview
We’re hiring a Quality Assurance manager to oversee the quality control/ inspection process in our modular home production. This role works hand in hand with the 3rd party inspector that inspects for the state of Colorado. The QA manager ensures that all units meet building codes and our quality standards, identifying and addressing any issues during production.
Responsibilities
-Manage in-plant QA/QC inspections
-Ensure compliance with IRC and IBC building codes
-Maintain documentation and lead compliance audits
-Coordinate with production and state inspectors to ensure quality standards
Qualifications & Skills
-Strong communication skills
-Previous experience as a building inspector or QA/QC manager
-Knowledge of IRC and IBC code requirements
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints
-Knowledge of building construction and repairs
-Skilled in identifying and addressing safety violations
Salary: Approx. $75,000/year, based on experience
