Have all tools needed to build decks and roof structures.
Be able to tackle a project from start to finish.
Remodeling/construction background, preferred in deck building.
Driver's license
Reliable transportation
Blueprint/plan reading.
Operate hand and power tools.
Load/Unload materials
Team player and self-motivated
Subcontractors must have liability insurance.
MUST be able to pass a pre-employment background check.
