Ad Title: Closet Installer
Pay: $25-$30
Description:
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team at Clozetivity, a locally owned and operated custom closet design and installation business servicing the Greater Denver Area. The ideal candidate will have expertise in carpentry and installing beautifully designed custom closets, pantries, mudrooms, garages, and more.
Responsibilities:
Receive training from the Clozetivity team to install various storage and organization systems.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Utilize tools proficiently and ensure high-quality, detail-oriented work.
Maintain professionalism in customers' homes.
Drive the company work van.
Requirements:
Experience working with finished materials.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Proficient carpentry skills, including cutting baseboards and on-the-fly product adjustments.
Ability to read and understand labels, measurements, and use a tape measure accurately.
Provide stellar customer service and work well in a team.
Physical ability to stand for several hours and lift 50 lbs; reach, grasp, balance, climb stairs, crouch, and kneel.
Experience using handy tools such as table saw, miter saw, oscillating saw, drills, finish nailer, screwdrivers, tape measure, and stud finder.
Well-spoken, well-groomed, and professional demeanor.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience in fabricating components for installation.
Sales experience (with compensation for any new leads generated).
Compensation:
Pay: $25-$30/hour plus 10% bonus commissions on the sale of any customers you send us or produce.
Weekly and monthly bonuses available for performance and positive reviews.
This role will begin as a part time and become full time as the hire shows reliability.
