Learn/Perform all aspects of commercial maintenance including replacing lamps and ballasts, ceiling tile replacement, wall repairs, plumbing repairs, HVAC operations and other minor/general repairs, exterior trash policing, minor cleaning as well as assisting technicians with projects as needed. This is a Monday - Friday, day time position (730a-4p) with some occasional on call/overtime requirements. This position can grow into a building maintenance career for the individual that is eager, punctual, detail oriented, self motivated, able to follow written and verbal directions, excellent customer service skills, technology oriented/interested and mechanically inclined.

This position is a roving position around the Denver metro area. Reliable transportation with current insurance and valid drivers license is required. Background check and MVR are required. A company vehicle is provided if insurability requirements are met and probationary term completed.
