Concrete Flatwork Finisher/Formsetter - IMMEDIATE HIRE
We are a small concrete company with over 46 years in business. We do custom homes, homeowner replacements, grey, color, stamp, and slabs. No tract housing. We have well maintained equipment to do our work.
We stress quality above quantity
We are committed to flat work, clean joints, flat edges, straight brooms etc.
Must have enough working experience to set forms.
Must have the ability to lay out steps - set concrete grades.
Must have experience with running a bobcat, grading out, and demo hammer work.
Looking for a quality minded, detail-oriented finisher that has good work ethic and a good attitude.
Looking for a committed long term hard worker to join our team.
This is a full-time position as we also do snow removal during the winter months.
We offer overtime after 40 hours
We offer a 401K w/company match after a 90-day period in addition to paid holidays.
Wage begins at $33.00-36.00 and is dependent on your skill level/experience and includes a paid working interview.
2-3 years' experience is all you'll need to get started here with us; we will help you get situated to our day-to-day work.
We require you to be on time
You must have your own vehicle and license in good standing - eventually we would like you to drive a flatbed truck with a trailer attached to and from jobs.
Have your own personal trowels, step tools, knee board, float edger and skates. We supply jointers and all other tools.
