Reputable, busy automotive center in upscale neighborhood, looking for an administrative assistant/receptionist with EXCELLENT customer service skills. Automotive background is helpful. Should be able to multi-task between multi-line phone sysem and walk-up customers. Position also includes but not limited to customer scheduling, minor filling and somse office manager duties. Must be organized and neat.
Hours of operation, Monday - Friday 8 am-5:30
