20+ years established deck and outdoor living company looking to fill 1-2 positions to assist in field carpentry.
This is a W2/payroll position, company provides all tools/equipment. As with anything, experience is preferred but a solid work ethic and a desire to learn are attributes we also place value upon.
Tight knit company that runs 15-20 payroll positions at any given time. Several employees with 10-20 years here, it's a second family for many of us. Simply put, when good people land here they often stick around.

While we don't require it, working interviews are something we've had great success with in years past. We'll invite you out to a current jobsite, you'll get a feel for how things go and a chance to meet some of the people you'd be working with. It also gives us a chance to evaluate experience level, discuss starting pay, etc. If it's not a good fit, we're happy to pay you out for the days work, and part ways with a handshake. If things go well, we'll make you an offer to come on immediately or whenever you're ready.
