Responsibilities:
Assist with general construction tasks, including site preparation, demolition, framing, and finishing work.
Work closely with other crew members to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, using bilingual skills to facilitate understanding across language barriers.
Operate construction tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred).
Previous experience in construction or related field is a plus but not required.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Strong communication skills.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
