Independent Contractor - Electric Bike Mechanic
Are you a skilled bike mechanic with a passion for electric bikes? We are seeking an experienced and reliable independent contractor to join our team as an Electric Bike Mechanic. If you have experience with all types of bike repairs, especially working with electric bikes and disc brakes, we want to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:
Perform general bike repairs and maintenance on electric bikes.
Expertise in bleeding and servicing hydraulic disc brakes.
Diagnose and repair electrical components (motors, controllers, displays, etc.).
Ensure all repairs are completed to a high standard, ensuring the safety and performance of the bike.
Keep track of repair logs and inventory for bike parts.
Requirements:
Proven experience in bike repair (electric bike experience is a plus).
Ability to bleed disc brakes and handle all aspects of bike maintenance.
Strong troubleshooting skills, especially for electric bike systems.
Excellent customer service skills.
Must have own tools and equipment.
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
Flexible availability, as you’ll be working as an independent contractor.
