Fix & Flip contractor looking for a new Master Electrician. You must be able to pull a permit. Unlike other Fix and flip contractors I build ground up properties not just remodels. The property I need worked on at the moment is a 24' X 24' Garage which will attached to a house which we are going to turn into a duplex with another garage. We will be putting new 200 Amp service on this house, well actual the garage, moving the present service from the back of the house to the side of the new garage, we will be wiring the garage, reconnecting the service to the house then wiring a 220 in the house for a Dryer, Stove, and eventually Air conditioning.e are in the processing of remodeling the present house. This will be a rental.
This property is zoned to be a duplex. So eventually this fall we will build a second house and a second Garage on the property. It will be a great investment property. Since it sets next to Regis University.
So this will be a lot of Electric on this property.
We also have another property going up on 8050 Ivy Street, which we have the permits for. We have permits for a Addition in Wheatridge, and a Basement in Wheatridge and a Basement in Littleton. An 6 more jobs that are already permitted. So we need some one who can work with us and get the jobs done.
I am looking for someone that does a good job and wants a good job if you give me a ridiculous price, I will smile and say thanks and never call you back. I have been doing this a long time and know what things cost and I am not putting your kids thru college.
