Minimum Qualifications:
CO Journeyman License
Experience running $1M+ Projects with minimum of 10 apprentices
Proven educational background in Project Management or 3 years minimum equivalent work experience
Valid Driver’s License

You will be working for Hindsight Electric, LLC, a small but rapidly growing Electrical Contractor for the greater front range area of Denver, CO, and will be essential in helping provide services as far south as Las Animas, as far North as Ft. Collins, West to Vail and East to Limon. Residential, Multifamily, Restoration, Commercial, Industrial, you name it, you’ll get experience doing it.

Your Compensation Package:
$3,000 sign-on and retention bonus! $1,000 after a 30-day probationary period, $1,000 after 6 months, $1,000 after 1 year.

Flexible schedule: A rotating (4) ten hr. work schedule offers the opportunity for overtime without losing your weekend or choose to have a (3) day weekend every weekend.
10 Paid Holidays (80 Hours) per calendar year after a 30-day probationary period including New Years’, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years’ Eve, and Your Birthday.
80 Hours Paid Vacation per calendar year, starts accruing after a 30-day probationary period; After 5 years employment, 120 Hours Paid Vacation Per Year.
40 Hours Paid Personal Time per calendar year after a 7-day probationary period.
Insurance: Medical, Dental, and Vision Reimbursement after a 30-day probationary period. Employee premiums reimbursed 100%, Family premiums reimbursed 50%.
Retirement: 401(k) with Match, up to 4%.
Out-of-town work will always be discussed with employees but offers additional benefits: 20% salary increase, hotel, per diem, and driving time.
Company Shirts and PPE except for boots provided.
Company Vehicle w/ Gas Card. (Good MVR Required)
Your Qualifications:
JW License
Experience running $1M+ Projects (commercial experience preferred)
Educational background in project management or min 3 yr equivalent work experience
Safe work habits; trained in Safety (OSHA 30)
Reliable transportation with a valid Driver’s License
Clean driving record
Punctual
Willingness to learn, and the ability to take direction
Ability to distinguish between different colors
Ability to walk, stand, bend, and lift as required by job duties
Great communication skills; read, write, speak English fluently
Well Organized
Planning/Layout/Execution in the field
Proficient in NEC
