Key Responsibilities:
Prep garage floor surfaces for epoxy application like a pro—cleaning, grinding, repairing, and building a support team to keep you making money.
Apply two-part component epoxy coatings with precision—smooth, even, and ultra-durable results are what we're all about.
Work with your fellow team members to get projects done efficiently without compromising quality.
Keep customers smiling by communicating clearly, managing their expectations, and delivering jaw-dropping results.
Keep your workspace clean, organized, and make sure all materials are handled and stored properly.
Exceed customer satisfaction goals—because good isn't good enough, we want GREAT!
Qualifications:
Experience: You've got at least 2 years of experience with epoxy flooring, and you're a wizard with two-part component epoxies.
Knowledge: You know your stuff when it comes to garage floor prep, mixing, and epoxy application techniques.
Attention to Detail: You have a sharp eye for quality and love leaving every job site better than you found it.
Customer-Focused: You're friendly, easygoing, and great at making customers feel heard and taken care of.
Physical Ability: This is hands-on work—you'll be bending, lifting, and using specialized tools to get the job done right.
Team Player: You can work independently but thrive when you're part of a great team.
