Evergreen Premier Care is seeking a hardworking, reliable, and skilled individual to join our team. We are a leading provider of snow removal, landscaping, junk removal, and asphalt work in the Evergreen area. We are looking for someone who can operate and maintain our trucks and machinery, run a snowplow during the winter season, and contribute to various projects during the summer, including landscaping, junk removal, and asphalt work. This role requires critical thinking, adaptability, and flexibility to take on different tasks throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities:
-Operate snowplow trucks and ensure timely and efficient snow removal during storms including Commercial and Residential.
-Perform maintenance and repairs on trucks and equipment, including diagnosing mechanical issues.
-Operate equipment such as skid steers, loaders, and other machinery.
-Participate in landscaping, junk removal, and asphalt work during the summer.
-Adapt to a variety of tasks depending on the season and workload.
-Take initiative in problem-solving and improve operational efficiency.
-Work flexible hours, especially during the winter, including early mornings, nights, and weekends, based on weather conditions.
-Adhere to company policies and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience operating and maintaining trucks and heavy machinery.
-Snowplowing experience is required.
-Strong mechanical skills to diagnose and fix equipment issues.
-Flexibility with work hours, especially during winter snowstorms.
-Ability to take initiative and work independently while adapting to various job demands.
-Reliable, loyal, and committed to long-term growth with the company.
-Must have an impeccable driving record.
-Leadership potential is a plus but not required.
-Ability to lift at least 45 pounds.
Pay & Benefits:
Starting pay: $25–$40 per hour (based on experience and qualifications).
