We are looking for someone to work in our office as an Estimator for our Construction Company in Englewood, CO.
Responsibilities:
-Prepare accurate estimates for siding, caulking, and WRB
-Review project plans and specifications to determine material and labor requirements.
-Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
-Analyze project costs and present estimates to management and clients.
-Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and project-related activities.
-Assist with project budgeting and cost control.
Requirements:
-Experience using PlanSwift
-Experience in estimating for siding, caulking, WRB.
-Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
-Excellent mathematical, analytical, and communication skills.
-Proficiency in reading construction drawings and using estimating software.
-Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.
