Arvada Motorsports is an independent automotive shop specializing in high-end European vehicles, including vintage Porsches, modern Porsches, Audi, Volkswagen, Maserati, and Aston Martin. Our team is passionate about delivering top-tier service and maintenance to luxury car owners, and we're looking for a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced European Automotive Technician with a deep knowledge of vintage and modern European vehicles. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working on high-end cars, particularly vintage Porsches, and a strong understanding of Audi, Volkswagen, Maserati, and Aston Martin brands. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a team of automotive enthusiasts in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Responsibilities:

- Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of European vehicles, with a special focus on vintage and modern Porsches, Audi, Volkswagen, Maserati, and Aston Martin.

- Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations.

- Work on both mechanical and electrical systems, including engines, transmissions, and suspension systems.

- Provide detailed and accurate repair estimates and ensure all work is completed to the highest standards.

- Collaborate with other technicians and staff to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.

- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, service techniques, and technical bulletins.

Requirements:

- At least 4 years of experience as an automotive technician, with substantial experience working on vintage Porsches and European luxury vehicles.

- Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to work on complex electrical and mechanical systems.

- Experience with both modern and vintage models of Porsche, Audi, Volkswagen, Maserati, and Aston Martin.

- A passion for European cars and a commitment to quality workmanship.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to customers in an understandable way.

- ASE certification or equivalent preferred, but not required.

- Own tools and a willingness to contribute to the shop’s growth and success.
