Position Overview:
We’re hiring an Experienced Auto Body & Paint Combo Tech who can handle light to moderate body repairs and refinish work independently from start to finish. This is not an entry-level position. You must be confident working on your own, have a sharp eye for detail, and take pride in clean, consistent results.

Responsibilities:
Perform bodywork including panel repairs, small dents, bumper jobs, and prep
Complete all paint prep, masking, and refinishing using top industry standards
Maintain clean workspaces and follow shop protocols
Work independently without supervision while staying efficient and accurate
Communicate clearly with team members to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a combo tech
Must own all necessary tools to perform the job
Strong attention to detail and high standards for finish quality
Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
No criminal record
Must pass a drug screening
Clean and organized work habits
