Position: Full-Time Radon Mitigation Technician
Location: Broomfield, CO & Surrounding Areas

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of radon mitigation experience (installation & system design)
NRPP or NRSB certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Strong knowledge of sub-slab and sub-membrane depressurization systems
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in crawl spaces, attics, and on roofs
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Responsibilities:
Install radon mitigation systems in residential and commercial properties
Conduct diagnostics and determine optimal mitigation solutions
Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with EPA and state regulations
Educate homeowners about radon risks and system maintenance
Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good condition
