Elite Industries is looking to hire a finish grade operator to help with park renovations across the metro area. Our projects typically last 3-6 months and range from tearing down existing playground equipment, structures, ball fields, etc to installing new sewer and water lines for new restrooms, grading for new structures, stairs, and play equipment.
The parks we’re renovating can get very tight and our scope of work can be fairly technical at times. We need operators that can grade to within a tenth in a skid steer and/or mini excavator. We occasionally run larger equipment, but most of our grading is done with smaller machines.
This is light civil work, so if you have experience in underground utilities or grading for concrete flatwork or asphalt you’ll probably be a good candidate. Understand that you will typically spend about 1/3rd of your time helping your crew outside the machine with things like layout and the final hand grading in tight areas.
