Position Overview:
The Foreman will be responsible for overseeing jobsite installations, managing crews, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to specification. This role requires both hands-on technical expertise and proven leadership in the commercial door, frame, and hardware industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and train installation teams on commercial job sites.
- Install and service commercial doors, frames, and hardware with precision and efficiency.
- Ensure safety, quality, and project timelines are consistently met.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience installing and servicing commercial doors, frames, and hardware.
- Prior experience leading installation teams within the commercial door/frame/hardware industry.
A Plus:
- Commercial locksmithing experience.
- Carpentry and/or hollow metal welding experience.
