Full Job Description
Established framing company looking to hire an experienced framing foremen.
Our company specializes in residential new construction framing- Frame, Exterior Trim, Windows, and Decks,
Job Duties/requirements-
Supervise and run job sites across the southern Metro Denver area.
Be able to multitask and manage job sites.
Manage Subcontract crews
Manage in-house crews/employees
Redline plans/blueprints
Quality Control/Punch outs
Manage material
Must have-Knowledge of new construction residential framing
Blueprint reading
Knowledge of Osha regulations
Knowledge of local building codes
Must have reliable transportation and own tools
Use of hand tools/power tools for occasional light framing is required
Bilingual a plus
Computer skills a plus
Reports to Area Manager
