Position Overview
Harrison Properties is seeking a dedicated and skilled Head of Maintenance to manage the care, upkeep,
and improvement of our properties in Commerce City, CO. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes
pride in maintaining safe, functional, and visually appealing properties.
Key Responsibilities
Perform snow removal and plowing to ensure safe property access
Maintain landscaping and lawn care, including mowing, trimming, and seasonal upkeep
Execute property improvements and general repairs
Conduct handyman tasks and routine maintenance as needed
Ensure properties remain safe, functional, and well-presented
Qualifications
Proven experience in maintenance, landscaping, or related handyman work
Ability to safely operate snow plowing and landscaping equipment
Strong problem-solving and time management skills
Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Valid driver’s license
Preferred Skills / Nice-to-Haves
Experience with irrigation systems or minor electrical/plumbing repairs
Prior property management or facilities maintenance experience
